IVR builder
Phone systems you draw instead of code.
A customer calls your number and your flow answers — plays a menu, takes what they press or say, checks their account, and puts them through to the right person. Build it on the same canvas as your chatbots, test it in the browser, and connect your own carrier.
- 01Answers every caller the same way — no hold music while someone finds the right desk.
- 02Bring your own number and carrier — Twilio, Infobip or Africa's Talking, on your account.
- 03Same canvas as your chatbots — one platform, one team, every channel.
- IVR“Thanks for calling Kijani Bank. For balances press 1, to pay a bill press 2, to talk to someone press 0.”
- 2Caller pressed 2
- IVR“Your balance is 250 cedis. Putting you through to billing now.”

How it works
From a sketch on the canvas to a number people can ring
Draw the call flow
Drag menu, collect-input, transfer and record nodes onto the canvas. Branch on the key a caller presses, check their account against your own API mid-call, and route them accordingly.
Call it in the simulator
Run the flow in the browser before a single real call. Press keys, follow every branch, and read the logs for each step.
Point a number at it
Publish, then bind a phone number on the Routes page. Keep a test number on the draft flow and a real one on the published version — same project, two environments.
Built for real phone lines
Everything a working phone system needs
Keypad menus that branch
Numbered options with their own paths for an unrecognised key and for silence, so a caller is never left in a dead end.
Transfers, warm or blind
Send a caller straight through, or call the agent first and tell them who is waiting. If nobody accepts, the caller comes back to the flow instead of being dropped.
Voicemail and recordings
Record a message or the whole call. Recordings are stored against the call record and transcribed on demand, or automatically as they land.
AI voice agents
Let a caller just say what they need. The agent answers in your own voice, calls your APIs to do the work, and hands off to a person when it should.
Payments and verification on the call
Send a mobile-money prompt or a one-time code to the caller's handset while the call waits, and continue once it clears.
Every call on record
Who called, how long, which path they took, what was said. Filter and replay from the Calls page.
